Good Grief is a Toronto based songwriting and production duo spearheaded by Bryn McCutcheon and Kirstyn Johnson. On November 27th, TD Music Hall welcomes Vol. 4 of their highly-acclaimed showcase and one-of-a-kind writers' round, Good Grief Presents: The Inner Circle.
This upcoming installment of Good Grief Presents not only marks the first ever holiday edition of the showcase, but also promises the exclusive performance of Good Grief’s 2025 debut EP, Happy Home. Written and recorded at the Good Grief House and the Deane Cameron Recording Studio at Allied Music Centre, Happy Home strives to express the real, human experience of the holiday featuring a star-studded roster of featured artists TBA soon. The project explores nostalgia, longing, growing up, changing, self-acceptance, and - dare we say - a touch of friskiness. It’s a real and refreshing collection of songs that encourages listeners to strip away expectation and invite in whatever this season might bring.
Since founding Good Grief, Bryn and Kirstyn have built a creative ecosystem where artists can write, heal, and reconnect with their craft — from immersive songwriting retreats to mentorship programs to curated live experiences. With Happy Home, they extend that ethos into a seasonal offering — a reminder that intentional art has the power to bring people together and make any place feel a little more like home.
The Happy Home EP will be released November 7, and make its live debut at Good Grief Presents: The Inner Circle Vol. 4 on November 27 at TD Music Hall.

By Subway
TD Music Hall is a short walk from both Dundas and Queen stations on the Yonge Line.
- From Dundas Station: Walk south on Yonge, then turn left on Shuter Street.
- From Queen Station: Walk north on Yonge, then turn right on Shuter Street.
By GO Transit or VIA Rail
From Union Station, take the Yonge subway line north to Queen Station and exit via the north platform.
Parking
TD Music Hall does not have its own parking lot, but several options are available nearby:
- Eaton Centre underground lot (entrance at Yonge & Shuter)
- Green P at 25 Dundas St. E. (at O'Keefe)
- Green P at 37 Queen St. E. (at Victoria)
Bags are discouraged and subject to security screening. Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are not permitted.
Located on the 4th floor of Allied Music Centre, TD Music Hall is fully accessible and committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. Elevator access and accessible washrooms are available via the main entrance at 178 Victoria Street.
TD Music Hall offers a full-service bar and fully accessible, universal washrooms for all guests.
TD Music Hall can be set up as both a fully standing and fully seated venue. To find out which configuration your event is in, please check the seating map when you purchase your ticket.
Coat check is conveniently located on the 4th floor, just steps from the elevator and directly outside the entrance to TD Music Hall.

Refunds are only available:

- If an event is cancelled
For postponed events, we’ll contact you with your options.
Cash refunds are not available; alternate arrangements will be offered if needed.

All tickets are delivered digitally. You’ll receive two emails:
- A confirmation email
- A PDF ticket email (check your spam/junk folder)
Choose Print-at-Home or Mobile Delivery and present your ticket on your phone or as a printed copy at the venue.
What is a mobile ticket? Tickets are delivered digitally and scanned from your mobile device for a seamless, contactless experience.
