TD Music Hall is easy to reach by transit, car, or on foot—plan your route and arrive with ease.
TD Music Hall is located at 178 Victoria Street on the 4th floor of Allied Music Centre.
Subway
TD Music Hall is a short walk from both TMU and Queen stations on the Yonge Line.
By GO Transit or VIA Rail
From Union Station, take the Yonge subway line north to Queen Station and exit via the north platform.
Parking
TD Music Hall does not have its own parking lot, but several options are available nearby:
- Eaton Centre underground lot (entrance at Yonge Street and Shuter Street)
- Green P lot at 25 Dundas Street (at O'Keefe)
- Green P lot at 37 Queen Street (at Victoria)

Located on the 4th floor of Allied Music Centre, TD Music Hall is fully accessible and committed to providing an inclusive experience for all guests. Elevator access and accessible washrooms are available via the main entrance at 178 Victoria Street.

Bags are discouraged and subject to security screening. Bags larger than 14" x 14" x 6" are not permitted.
TD Music Hall is an open-plan music venue that has performances with both fully standing and seated configurations.
All shows are general admission.
For everyone’s safety, all guests will go through a quick security screening before entering, including bag checks and metal detectors.

- Outside food or beverages (including alcohol)
- Illegal drugs or substances

- Laser pointers, flashlights, noisemakers (including air horns)
- Balloons, inflatables, glow sticks, or stickers
- Weapons of any kind
- Umbrellas over 14” in length
- Professional cameras with detachable lenses (unless credentialed)
- Chairs, stools, or folding seats
- Bicycles, e-bikes, e-scooters, or gas-powered vehicles
- Full face or costume masks
- Costumes or attire deemed inappropriate, offensive, or disruptive by Management
- Glow sticks
- Professional cameras (unless permitted by event)
Additional restrictions may apply at the discretion of venue management.
TD Music Hall offers a full-service bar and fully accessible, universal washrooms for all guests.
Coat check is conveniently located on the 4th floor, just steps from the elevator and directly outside the entrance to TD Music Hall.

Tickets can be purchased online or by phone at 416-872-4255. To buy online, visit the specific event page and click “Buy Tickets.” If this option is unavailable, the event may not yet be on sale or may be sold out. This website is the official ticket outlet for The Corporation of Massey Hall and Roy Thomson Hall. When you buy from this website:
- Your tickets are guaranteed to be authentic.
- We’ll contact you with updates on time changes, cancellations, or other important event information.
Why are there service charges?
Service fees cover the operational costs of ticketing and vary by event and promoter requirements.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are only available:
- If you purchase Booking Protect at checkout (via our third-party partner)
- If an event is cancelled
For postponed events, we’ll contact you with your options.
Cash refunds are not available; alternate arrangements will be offered if needed.

When you purchase tickets, you will be sent a link by email to access your digital tickets.
Click Here to log into your Massey Hall or Roy Thomson Hall account and tap on the performance you wish to view and your tickets are ready to be scanned! Please note that the QR code may not be displayed until two hours prior to the performance time.
The reason for the delayed QR code is ensure your tickets are secure and to deter fraudulent ticket resale. Since the QR Code updates, a screenshot or printout of the ticket cannot be accepted. Requiring a live, updated QR Code to be scanned upon entry ensures that only one person will have access to that ticket. Please do not print your tickets.
Digital Tickets are paperless tickets accessed through your digital ticket wallet on your mobile device. After purchasing tickets, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to your digital wallet. Log in, select your performance, and your tickets will be ready to scan.
